A technologically more perfect system has been created, and ‘time’ has become flawless through the introduction of the Internet. Within the world of Html files, ‘Code’ is constant repetition, and the Waltz Movement, which adopted contemporary aesthetics, interpreted time as code through calculation of individual devices.

The work has a structure in which ‘hour, minute, second’ is separated using ‘colours, lines, planes,’ where every second, minute, and hour is filled with distinct colours on the dial following a clockwise direction; the dials are fully coloured only once a day for one second.
